I was looking to buy my wife a present and since she loves the Sims I have purchased extensions for her in the past. Sadly this time around I bought 3 extension packs and forgot I had purchased 2 of ...

Thank you i ended up finding where the support link was for chat since it wasn't under the expected one (orders and such).

    If you've got a duplicate purchase on your account, you can contact the live support team so they can review your billing information and submit a refund for any extra charges.
