Game Crashing after attempting to Load Household

Hello,

My game keeps crashing after clicking household from the start menu after about a minute or so. I have tried deleting all cache files/packages and config.resource files as well as removing all mods, repairing the game, checking my internet connection and the same thing happens- even tried restarting my computer. not sure what to do at this point. I'm using a laptop with Windows 11 and this has never happened before. 

Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    CRW1185​  Does this happen with a new save too?  Please test for comparison's sake, still with your entire Mods folder removed.

    If the new save is fine, try a different household within the same save.

    If the new save crashes, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
