Simply download them again. You probably needed to update some of them anyway otherwise you likely will after tomorrows update.
oh sorry I must have not been clear. I was specifically referring to my CAS cc and my build and buy cc that is not gone @jpkarlsen
You wrote that half your Mods/CC was gone and you would like to get them back. If you meant to ask something else please do.

So basically, my build/buy and CAS cc items are the missing files that I am most worried about. (Please ignore the typo that said not). I am least worried about my script mods. Everything else I said in my first post is true. Sorry for the confusion
