account issues
My friend has 2 origin accounts under the same email ? she wants them merged because she has sims 4 on the email and a sims 4 dlc on the other account that is using the same email and she doesn't wan to have to buy the dlc again on the functioning account. She had 2 accounts under the same email because one of the sims games (she bought 2) had a virus so she had to wipe the whole thing so she made a new account with the same email but yet the dlc appeared on the wiped account? would very much appreciate feedback!
Your friend needs to contact an EA game advisor, they'll help 🙂

- In the upper right corner, choose your region. If you can't find it, choose US or UK.
- Choose a game. If you need help with an account issue, choose Origin
- Choose your platform
- Choose topic and issue to give EA details. Like maybe Manage my account - missing content (there's no exact option for your issue)
- Click Select contact option, and hopefully you get in touch with someone fast!
