Advice on Laptop Specs for Playing The Sims 4
Hi,
I'm planning to buy a new laptop to play The Sims 4 with expansion packs and a few mods (I don't use much custom content). Since there are so many options on the market, I’m wondering what the best technical requirements are and if the following specs are suitable:
- i5 - 13500H,
- RTX 4060,
- 16 GB RAM,
- 1 TB SSD.
OR
- i5-13420 (2,1 - 4,6 GHz),
- RTX 4050,
- 16 GB RAM,
- 512 GB SSD.

Bineja2020 Are you still looking for advice? I realize it's a bit late, and I didn't mean to ignore you; it seems that your posts were caught in the spam filter and not restored until after I'd passed through the forum for the day.
At any rate, both of these would be more than sufficient, so if you bought either one, you're fine. If you're still considering, Sims 4 doesn't need the extra power of the first one's RTX 4060 and mostly wouldn't be able to use it. But if the price is close to the same, it's always nice to have more power available should you ever need it.
