After update all lots are gone besides royalty

After the update , all my houses/restaurants/parks are gone . I play vanilla (No mods or CC) it's both lots I made 100% on my own and ones I've downloaded from the gallery and edited. For some reason the royalty "neighborhood" is the only thing that survived. I did download the royalty pack close to the update, so the two may be connected, I'm not sure
