all cheats fail?

hello! i have all the dlc for ts4 excluding my first pet stuff (yuck) and i can go into the sim household to enter testingcheats but no others are working.

they all say command failed, including my fav, freerealestate. what to do? i've looked up answers online before coming here and i repaired my game. what next?

    @kuki2278 

    It is not just "testingcheats" but "testingcheats true" Most other cheats only works after this has been entered and it is not just "freerealestate" but "freerealestate on"

    I'm aware but i was leaving those off of the post to do a bit of short hand.
