All households, lots, etc. missing from library

I recently went into My Library to move some old households into a new save, but any households, lots, etc. from before the end of May 2024 have disappeared (aside from ones from Maxis). Unfortunately, I do not have tray files from before this time (had to delete them to fix a game breaking bug at a point this year), which I mention because every post I've seen related to this topic mentions tray files. I do have old tray files from December 2023 on my old computer, not sure if that would be useful. I do not think this issue is because of the switch of computers however, as I did a data transfer and all files in the documents folder were moved over correctly (I have all my old screenshots and saves and such). Is there any way to get my old library back?

Some extra notes: these missing households still all exist intact in a save file, just not in the library. Any households/lots I have saved to the library since May are still there. There are files in my tray folder, but I don't know how much these things change over time which is why I mention they were deleted earlier this year (unfortunately I do not remember exactly when). I did check the include CC box when looking.

  • @jotunheimed  If you have the sims in any accessible save, you can save them to your in-game library now and rebuild the content.

The Tray folder is exactly where this content is stored, so anything you deleted from Tray will disappear from the in-game library accordingly.  Each library item has several corresponding Tray files, and you can see which ones go together if you sort by date modified.

You could transfer the older Tray files from your old computer again if you wanted.  There's no reason they shouldn't work now if they did before.
