Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Back in May when EA had their update, I noticed my game started to act funny. I thought it may have been a mod that need updated. Once I updated all my mods and restarted the computer, I noticed my packs were on app but didn't appear in the game. I performed a repair and behold everything disappeared. I'm not banned. I only have on EA account. I'm not signed into Google Drive. All my sims look fine it's just that all and I mean all my packs are gone. I've tried reinstalling the game. Repairing it.  Go offline then back on. The game and the app updated again on July 4th and its still nothing. I purchased my packs from EA and the history of my purchases have disappeared as well. I've tried contacting EA and no response.   Can anyone help me please...
