All Sims 4 saves reset back to 2024

I updated the Sims 4 today after 2 months of not playing (so idk which update may have caused this if at all) and when I went to play, my save file was reset back to where it was on December 27 2024. I went to recover save and everything from 2025 is completely gone. This was the same with my other save files. I can only recover saves from 2024. In the saves folder it says my save is last modified 2024. I checked my mods folder and all of the mods i downloaded in 2025 were also gone so it is not just a saves folder issue. Google said it's a OneDrive issue but I'm fairly sure I don't have OneDrive on this computer. This save is 8 years old if that matters, but its across all of my saves.
