a while ago i played now, but when i go back on and start Sims4 i dont have any packs at all... I had ALOT.. after some searching i found the folders with the expansionpacks put it in the right folder (sims4) but nothing is working... Im so sad about this please help.....
hp60eun17bsy Do your packs show as owned and installed in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons? If not, that's the issue, and you've probably signed into the wrong EA account. But you can try clearing the EA App's cache in case it simply didn't load your account data.

If the packs DO show as owned and installed, clear the cache and repair the game, under Manage, then see whether the packs load in-game.
