Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello. So I just got a new laptop yesterday. I Redownloaded and logged into my ea account and steam account. I have the packs, island living, seasons, for rent, horse ranch, growing together, cottage living, snowy escape, cats and dogs, city living and get together. But only 3 of the packs downloaded and it says the others did but they didn't and I don't know where it went. its now saying for rent, city living, seasons, snowy escape, growing together are not owned when I go to them in game, but are when I check my ea library and steam library. I even went to the ea app closed it, then reopened it to see if anything missing would download. it did not. so i hit "repair" and it repaired my game. but did not show all the packs again even tho they downloaded and were added to my library.  Everything seems to be downloaded at least from the ea app and I also repaired the 2 I bought from steam It's still showing I don't have it As if they didn't download to the game but I watched them download.

    Hey there IIlilpawz​ 

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.     i am logged into the right one as i only have one and all my things show but do not show in game though ^^

    Have you checked the order history on your account? Are you seeing your previous purchases there?

    tho 3 of my packs are acsessed thru steam instead of ea app it says

    ive done so twice, it still not showing my content thru the game on showing its downloaded but not showing content in game

    Thanks for those details- let's try uninstalling The Sims 4 using the free version of Revo Uninstaller, then reinstall your game only through Steam. Once you've done that, let me know if you're seeing your content again.
