Am unable to change keyboard layout from qwerty to azerty

@Puella_Parva  What language is Sims 4 installed in?  What about Windows and the EA App?  Additionally, do you have both keyboard layouts enabled in Windows, and if so, does it help to remove the QWERTY layout?

Hey! Thanks for the reply! 

Everything is just in English, but I only have an azerty keyboard layout active on my laptop right now. 

I've tried changing my ea app to French and my windows to Dutch (Belgian), since I know those are regions that use azerty, but without any luck so far :/
