I was playing just fine yesterday, but today I can't get my game to go past the "The SIMS 4" launch animation right when you start up the game. It just closes and brings Origin back to the front of my desktop.
I have tried moving my sims 4 folder to my desktop and have a new one be created, but I get the same exact issue. I don't use mods or cc either and never have in the Sims 4. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Origin. I have tried repairing my sims games in Origin. I have also tried delete cache. I am at a lost and have no clue what else to do.
Someone, please help...
I finally managed after being up most of the night last night to get all my packs to install, but now when I load my game, it crashes on the title page. Just completely closes the game and pulls up Origin.
Here's a list of EVERYTHING I have tried:
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling Origin
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling the EA app
- Clearing cache of BOTH EA app/Origin
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling TS4 on BOTH my C and D hard drives
- Repairing game files in BOTH Origin and the EA app
- Updating game files in Origin
- Dragging TS4 folder out of My Documents to allow game to recreate a new folder
- Dragging mods folder AND Tray folder out of My Documents
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling graphics card drivers
Literally nothing is working, and the only thing left I can think of to do is completely wiping my entire PC and reinstalling Windows, Origin, TS4, etc, but this is my absolute LAST option I'm willing to do. I've downloaded Revo Uninstaller and completely cleared out registry files and everything else I can find, but no matter what I attempt, I can't run the game...
I'm going to upload my DxDiag info in hopes that someone, somewhere can figure this out.

@Kinneybear A component of Razer Chroma is crashing repeatedly and taking Sims 4 down with it. So please try disabling all Razer software through the Task Manager; you'll need to go through the background processes list to find everything. If the services keep restarting themselves (please check back to see), you may need to uninstall the software entirely. It's normal for them to restart when you reboot your computer; I'm talking about them showing up again in the Task Manager immediately after you close them.
