Archaeology mailbox bug

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? cats and dogs, city living, get to work, get together, seasons, dine out, jungle adventure, outdoor retreat, parenthood, spa day, vampires, bowling night stuff, kids room stuff, laundry day stuff, luxury party stuff, toddler stuff, vintage glamour stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? full Archaeology skill and wait for the pop up saying your having artifacts sent to you.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the pop up and i wait for a while, but nothing gets sent to my sim.
What do you expect to see? i expect to have artifacts sent to my mail box, or in my family inventory.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

My sim has max Archaeology skill and i get this pop up in game saying artifacts are being sent, i wait and wait but receive nothing, i've had it pop up like 4/5 times and nothing happens.
