low resolution intro/main menu/ui/etc

disclaimer: i haven't played TS4 in years and i'm on a much different setup, so if this is just the way things  are supposed to look, let me know

but, i'm playing at 2560x1440p on ultra settings, and since redownloading i've noticed that some things, mostly UI, just aren't looking quite as sharp as i'd expect. specifically, the intro title sequence is blurry (which isn't my biggest problem because it has nothing to do with gameplay, but still), then the central thumbnail on the main menu, as well as many of the ui elements/buttons/text (in the image i attached, i think it's pretty noticeable specifically on the X button, but the edge of other buttons and text have a similar issue)

this happens on all fullscreen, windowed fullscreen, and windowed modes, and i've already deleted localthumbcache

i feel like i might just be being nitpicky about a lot of it, but it can't hurt to ask
