[ARCHIVED] Questions regarding drop of 32 bit OS Support/Legacy Edition

I have a 64-bit laptop that has 6 gb of RAM. I used to run on the 32-bit game before Legacy came out but I would like to play the regular game now, however my game closes a few seconds after starting up or it just won't start up at all when I switched back to 64-bit. Is this an error or something else? I also have well over 700 gb of ROM so I'm not sure why this is happening when I already meet the requirements.
