Are game options universal across Sims 4 save files?
Can I change my gameplay options between game files? For example, could I play one game in which aging is disabled and another in which it is normal?

The gameplay options are per save game, the rest of the options is global
So to answer your specific question: Yes, you can have one save with aging on long, one with aging off and one with aging on normal :D
