Trying to repair the game was the first thing I did. No dice.
aspirations were still gone. I even updated my OS to Mojave to make sure the 64bit thing wasn’t an issue.
I have all of my games on an external drive but that hasn’t been an issue until the update.

What 64-bit thing? The Mac version has always been 64-bit and macOS has been 64-bit since OS X Leopard.
