My sims 4 audio crackles, I have tried changing the graphics and audio settings, deleting my mods, playing around with my laptop audio, clearing the cache, repairing and uninstalling the game but nothing seems to work. Its only the game that has trouble even with headphones, every other app on my laptop is fine with the audio. Please some one tell me how to fix this.
Hi sorry for not replying! I'm not very good with technology but my brother showed me that because i have a gaming laptop i nedded a gaming driver, so I downloaded the NVIDIA app and he downloaded one of the drivers. Problem solved!

I figured out the problem and it was nothing to do with the game just my laptop! Sorry about that :)
Fernando4653 If you'd still like help, please try using the laptop's built-in speakers, just as a test, and with no other audio devices connected.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Im very frustrated with this issue, I've spent money on this game and dont understand why i cant even talk to customer service.
