Auto save was set for loading screens and caused the game to crash multiple times. I have turned it off and now the game is on a continuous loading screen after I left build mode (from edit world mode).
I don’t like the concept of the auto save aswell, I want it not to save as a copy but just save normally.
no mods are cc in game at all or files too. Vanilla game!

If the save gets stuck loading again, it's not the auto-save's fault, it's something about the save itself that isn't working properly, and the auto-save just triggers a crash instead of infinite loading loop. In that case, please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this save, and if and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here.
