Baby missing from household but not from relationships panel?

Not sure if this is a problem with the mod or the family tree. 
What happens when you remove the mod?

The baby is still there... And another thing I've noticed: the teen girl did give birth to a girl, and in the daughter's 'relationships' panel, the mysterious baby isn't there as her brother?

    It's really hard for me to tell if this is an issue with the mod. 
    I don't know of any people having this issue, but if they do it will come up again, and eventually it will get fixed in an update.
