Background Noise: Constant Buzzing / Humming Sound

Question

There is a annoying bzzz sound at the background of the game that causes headache after listening it for long. It seems that the only solution to this issue is to completely off the sound effects in the game option settings, however, this would prevent me from enjoying the game fully without sound.

Is anyone facing the same issue? I don't know what caused this problem but kindly share your opinions and thoughts to help solve this issue.

localthumbcache.package, deleting this file work for me, \Documents\Electronic Arts\Los Sims 4

@xMichelles&nbsp;Did you try updating your sound drivers and playing around with the ingame sound settings ?

Yes i updated already (: Erm i tried UI, Object music, Voices, Music, Master Volume but it seems that only Sound Effect caused the soft bzzzz sound at the background.. I am really out of ideas .. :/ Is it possible that it is a patch causing this problem? Last time i didn't had this problem till i updated the new patch i think. or maybe caused by Mods?

Try removing the mods and deleting the cache files then:&nbsp;http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
