Bar GLITCH

Hi im having a problem with the bar interactions in the sims 4. When my sims try to order or make a drink, the drink menu doesnt come up. just a yellow box. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thank you so much for answering! I took the mods folder out and the glitch went away. so i took out everything that I thought was causing the problem, any mods other than the clothes, hair, etc. and the same problem occurred. im not sure what could be causing the glitch

Try taking half out, test the game, keep splitting until you find the broken CC/mod.
