dlc not showing up

Hi I just recently bought the stuff pack vintage glamour. I bought it from the game and then I exited to install it. It was charged to my card and I even received the confirmation email with the receipt yet when I tried downloading it it just wasn't there as if I hadn't buy it (It even appears as if not bought yet on the ea app) But when I open the game it appears like I already have it.

I have tried repairing the game and closing the ea app for a while and it did nothing.

 Help please!
