What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get To Work Parenthood, Vampires, Dine Out Spooky Stuff and both free things offered by the sims.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game, open the main menu and see if the worlds that came with The Sims 4 are an option to play with.
What happens when the bug occurs? I only have the worlds to play with from get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, get to work and vampires. I do not have the option to play with the base game worlds anymore.
What do you expect to see? When I get to the main menu I expect to see the worlds that came with The Sims 4 base game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I clicked on create a sim and I can't create a sim anymore because they do not so up so I can do nothing. Then I click on a family that I played with probably a month ago and 1/2 of their pictures so up on the bottom of the screen and they do not so up at all in the game only their plum bot tells me where they are. Also there was some flooring that showed up as just red and blue question marks. I have had the sims 4 since it came out and have every experienced anything like my complaint before and my complaint now. I hope this can be fixed soon.
