Bed sleeping bug?
My sims going out of bed every time so the whole household is tired and fall a sleep on the ground because of tired.

It happens to me when I put a couple to bed at the same time. I’ve heard that it’s because of the cuddle animation, but I don’t know and I haven’t played with kids recently so I don’t know if it happens with them as well. It wasn’t happening to my single sims though. I wait for them to get back up and immediately put them back into bed before I let the clock speed through the night. For me it happens with the second sim that gets into bed, not the first one.
