Best budget laptop for Sims 4 ($600-$800 budget)
Almost 3 years ago I spent over $1300 on a Mac laptop to play the Sims 4 and edit videos and 2 years into owning the laptop it is completely out of service. Motherboard is blown I think the tech said? So I am looking for a much cheaper laptop that is affordable and may last me longer... I've been looking at these two

Dell 14" Laptop
Wanted to know if anyone has any experience with either of these laptops and could give me advice on which to purchase? I'm only planning to play the Sims 4 and do some school work on this laptop. Thank you in advance. 🙂
@livnatlgame I don't have personal experience with either of these, but the Acer has hardware that's much faster, and four years newer, than the Dell. The graphics chip in the Acer is 3-4 times faster in gaming, depending on the game and who ran the benchmark, so it's not even a competition. And such a newer machine should last a longer as well, although there's never a guarantee.

I haven't done a thorough search since I don't know that you'd want one of these at all; I'm just mentioning it in case you're interested in expanding.
