    I went into my One Drive and deleted the entire Sims 4 folder there. It now works. I hadn't seen that as an option before, but maybe I missed it.

keepingitamber​  Does the game work if you remove your entire Mods folder?  Please test if you haven't already.

No. I've tried everything I've seen so far on the forums. Now I've graduated to a white screen with a cursor as of this afternoon.
