@EssenceEbonyMoni The driver for your Intel integrated graphics chip is crashing, which is likely why your game doesn't load properly. The best approach would be to get a new driver from HP, or reinstall the current one if yours is already the newest version. But I can't be sure I'm looking at the correct driver page without having your computer in front of me. So please go here:

Enter the serial number for your laptop, select your Windows version (Windows 10 build 1909) if necessary, and you'll see the driver download page for your laptop. Please link it here, so I can check the driver version number against yours.
