Blcak screen when playing

Hi, hoping someone can shed some light on a little problem I have with my bloody game. I installed sims 4 and started playing after a couple of minutes it went to black screen for a second then back to normal, then I got Application has been blocked from accessing graphics card. Looked on google asked around, updated drivers, repaired the sims on Origin, set as administrator, uninstall and reinstalled. ??? Attached is what I'm playing on and this is the only game that's doing this. Thanks

    @vishgirl

    Thanks!

    It seems like your computer is a bit too weak for the game..

    Your dedicated memory on your graphics chip is 114 MB and the requirements for the game is 128 MB. And your CPU is not really powerful enough either.

    Your graphics driver is almost 2 years old, so updating that might make the game playable.
    Also make sure that your graphics settings are set to lowest quality. You can change your settings a bit and see if it works, like enabling/disabling vsync.

    If that does not work I fear that you need a new computer, because usually hardware in laptops like your are not possible to upgrade.
    You you have any expansions or just the base game? Cats&Dogs require more power than the rest so removing that pack should make the game work better too.

    Good luck!

    Well, That's not the dxdiag you sent me haha! Maybe something went wrong when creating it?

    You posted a dxdiag of an HP Laptop...

    @vishgirl

    That's better!

    Yeah, can't really see any problems there, your PC should really be able to handle it.. Do you have any mods installed? Try taking them out and see if it works better!

    haha That's good, no I don't have any mods. Going to ring Acer tech guys a ring on Tuesday and see if they can help. I had it running fine on my laptop until it  cooked itself about 2 years ago haha so sims has been sitting in the drawer until 3 days ago  haha. Thanks anyway for your help have a happy new year.

    @vishgirlOkay!

    Well if it never worked well during there days resetting your files shouldn't make a big difference either. Hopefully the tech guy can help you, but I'll see if someone else here can take a look on your dxdiag too, I might have missed something, or there might be something else you can try.

    Edit: Try doing a clean install of your graphics drivers: https://community.amd.com/thread/180667
