Game crash build mode " system error when cancel action" !

Duskkingdffd​  I'm not sure how serious your comment is, but what you've circled is an access violation: the program in question tried to access memory in a way that is not allowed or possible, so Windows shuts down that program.  It's not necessarily a system error, rather the system is protecting itself and its data from possible damage the access violation could cause.

Anyway, please let me know the context of these crashes: what lots have you been playing on, what was happening at the time, do you play with mods or custom content, does removing the mods or cc help, etc.

Please also provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
