Bluescreen after 2 min in game

Hello everyone,

After the Sims 4 update I can no longer play for more than 2/3 minutes, the game crashes completely - blue screen error message not given.

Before the update everything worked fine with my 12 expansion packs.
It's not the PC - SSD card, graphics and CPU are perfectly adequate - Cyberpunkt runs without any problems. 

I have already carried out these points: 

Update of all drivers
System component update 
Deleted all caches, also via RAZOR CORTEX 
Deleted certain cache files in the Sims4 folder
Reperaid system fieles with sfc scan now and dism
Check disk, BIOS update, XMP disabled and lowerd memory freequency
Uninstallation - 6 times
Installed - 6 times

I do not use any mods

Unfortunately none of this has helped aswell as the EA support - please help 

DxDiag already checked by support all good.
