Blurry UI elements

Hi,

I recently bought the game and noticed that some UI elements and the neighborhood overview textures are really blurry and low quality. I'm attaching some screenshots of the problem.

close button is blurry 

blurry, low-res building and terrain texture 

I'm using the Ultra preset at 1440p.
