Bought a physical copy of Sims 4

Something went wrong with my pre-order and no one at origin could help me so i decided to buy a phyical copy of The SIms 4  Premium Edition and when i went to instill it, Orgin showed a little pop up sign saying I couldn't install the game yet because it hasn't been released yet. This completely dissapointed me and left no reason for me to have bought the physical copy.
