Bought Games, Won't let me download the second purchase.

I just bought The Sims 4 and Get to Work with the black friday deal.  I bought them together and then downloaded the base game.  It says once you have bought a game that they will be in the my games tab but that is not the case with expansion packs.  So I clicked The Sims 4 and under expansion packs it doesn't give me the option to just download Get to Work.  The only button available for it is 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy'  What should I do because I refuse to be ripped off 20 bucks due to Origin not comprehending my purchase.
