Broken gallery not from ui cheats

So my gallery is broken it fades into green and all the buttons are broken but it seems fine until you click  on something as if you were going to place in your game or just to look at it

    Hello all if anyone is having the same problem i found that it was my custom loading screen i downloaded when the sims redid the loading screen please all take them out your games and only use new ones from past the update 

    [Admin - cleaned up formatting. Please don't use extra large fonts per the AHQ Rules & Guidelines]

    @katiecar1  Please test without any of your mods: move the entire Mods folder to your desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and see whether the problem is gone.

    @puzzlezaddict OK i am trying that right now i was hoping somebody would know the mod but looks like nobody else is having that problem ill sort trough and post which one(s) are broken😁
