Broken game

My sims4 is broken, before the update it worked fine. I have made a new save, removed all mods (I barely have any), put all my settings on my PC for performance and all other games I have work besides the sims4, cleared cache, reset the app, signed out, repaired 5 times, everything up to date in windows. When I eventually load the game the map is black or missing and my sim is missing. The best try I've gotten was my sim missing, windows were gone, and whenever I hovered whatever it was was invisible. I didn't download anything new like mods/cc or games :P

    @stardust_luvs  As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and let me know which problems, if any, are still present.

    If you do still see any issues, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
