Broken Game
I recently just tried to update my graphics driver in settings using this website https://www.cashify.in/how-to-update-graphics-driver-in-windows-11 because I kept seeing the “Can’t run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system” error pop up every time I tried to open the game. Ever since I followed the instructions my game has worked but my screen now looks like this.
I have no idea what to do. I already tried to repair my game twice and that didn't work.
@barbtingz The very first thing to do is to go to the manufacturer's site and download the graphics driver they gave you with your system/video card is see if the issue goes away. Then check to see why the graphics are not acceptable for this game. A device driver may (or may not - probably) fix the issue. Hardware is hardware and device drivers can not change that. If you are playing on a pc please post your computer's dxdiag. How to collect dxdiag - run dxdiag and then attach the created text (.txt) file to the paper clip in the lower right of the forum response window.
