Broken game

i just got a new laptop few days ago and the game is already broken, it was working great but i started having problems out of nowhere, at first I just couldn't start a new game, the screen would turn white and stays that way , then i learned that I couldn't even get cas it would just freeze. but then I couldn't even make it to the main screen without the game freezing mid loading then closes out of nowhere. I thought maybe it was a CC problem so i removed all of them but that didn't fix anything, i went from restarting the app to deleting the entire game and downloading it again but the problem remains , plz i need a help. (if your wondering what kind of laptop im using it's " HP Victus Laptop, 16.1, Windows 11 Home, Intel Core i5)
