coco1066 There are several workarounds for this issue on HP gaming laptops. First, please open Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics, click Browse, select TS4_x64, and choose the power-saving option (Intel graphics). Then right-click the desktop, choose the Nvidia Control Panel, click Manage 3D Settings > Program settings, find TS4_x64, and choose the Nvidia graphics processor.
If that doesn't work, choose the Nvidia GPU under Global Settings too. If that doesn't help either, let me know and I'll list out the other workarounds.
