broken sims 4 NEED HELP ASAP

my sims 4 game isn't loading properly at all. when I go to the three dots to leave the game, it has random stars all over everything. Also, I can't get out of sims 4 because my three dots won't load....

@wc29778  Can you bring up the Task Manager (I translated it incorrectly from my language, I mean the same as I previously named 'Activity Manager')?

Try this: Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager with a keyboard shortcut or right-click the Windows taskbar and select “Task Manager.”

In the list look for The Sims 4 (the name and the logo), right click on it and choose End Task.
If you cannot close Origin from the client, you can look in the list for Origin name and logo as well and close them the same way. That will exit you from the game.
