Bug? the text on main screen is weird and the game options is broken.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansions except for eco living, I have dine out, toddler stuff, kids room, spa day, outdoor retreat, parenthood, realm of magic, vampires, cool kitchen stuff, laundry day, my first pet, niffty knitting, tiny living and the free holiday stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It shows up normally on the starting page of the game, and in game options.
What happens when the bug occurs? when I click on the buttons nothing happens, that's why I couldn't exit the bugged game options
What do you expect to see? It will either say only text or okay or nothing at all
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I have no idea what's going on with my game, when I load it the gallery and the game options only say text, some other choices on the front screen will only say okay. If I try to open game options while in game it stops there, I can't leave the game options screen that has no text what so ever and the buttons and top only say text. In the left corner where it will tell you what holiday it is isnt there, its pushed to the far side of the screen and I can only see the corner of it. I've tried restarting my game, repairing it, shutting down my computer, nothing works to fix this problem. It seem to have popped up after the newest update. I had origin fixing files when the game options thing occurred. I was gonna fix my game options to see if I had a setting on to make everything act weird but I couldnt because the game options screen was a mess and I couldnt even ESC, Origin was finalizing some files for the game. I was unable to reset or do a regular shut down for my computer in attempts to force close the game. it couldnt since origin was busy and I had to force shut down my computer. I now fear pressing the game options which Is a problem considering I can't even check if its a mod that's bugging the game with out the game bugging out.

I have no idea what's going on please help.
