I see the following issue consistently:
- - Make a female sim, give her (for example) the 2nd set of eyes in the list (top right), resize the eyes to maximum
- - Change her gender to male
- - The male sim now has different eyes, and they're back to (standard?) size (I can enlarge them again although they were already at max)
Works the same way with male -> female.
