Plot screen at house being blank and buttons blurring together

I don't know how to fix this, it started after I updated it and when I turned off mods it stopped, so I assumed the mods were outdated so I deleted them and got 3 made in January this year and it still did nothing cause the same thing happened so I turned mods off and it didn't change at all so I'm just confused on what to do.
