Build Mode broken

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when going into build mode
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go into build mode my panel is all messed up, like it glitched. Cant place or click on items, items aren't where they're suppose to be. Tried uninstalling mods & CC, worked when I had no CC or mods. When adding the mods and CC back, build menu glitches and won't work. I don't get an error code.
What do you expect to see? I expect to click on my build mode panel and build freely. I expect to be able to place my items and CC

When entering build mode my panel is all glitchy. I tried uninstalling mods and it worked but when I add my mods back it goes back to a glitched build mode panel. I can't place items or click on them to place them in my game. I don't receive and error code. I need help ! I want to be able to build again and place items.
