Build mode crashes after 1/14/25 update

Sorry if this is a duplicate, I searched but didn't see anything.

Build mode seems a bit unstable after the 1/14/25 update. It locked a few times on me yesterday (screen freezes, blue wheel spins for several minutes). Tonight (1/16/25) the game crashed without saving in build mode.

MCCC is my only mod but my mods are off/disabled and removed as MCCC is not yet updated.
