No memory, game keeps crashing
Everything was fine until I did an upgrade a few days ago. Currently showing 'no memory.'.. but this was not my initial problem. First I had issues with a bunch of w's on the screen, my saves not loading and unable to start a new game. All I could do was create the sims for scenarios but then not play them. I looked up some trouble shooting tools and tried a whole bunch of things!
Repairs, moving and backing up files, resets, reinstalls... I thought I had success when the W's went away but then it crashed out and I got a 'no memory' message. Now I can only get to the end of the initial intro then a crash and pop-up.
I only play base game with free upgrades - no mods.

c6c45fab444100f0 Your dxdiag lists a few errors related to the Nvidia graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

Please also make sure your antivirus isn't blocking Sims 4 or the EA App. Here are instructions for a few AV programs, including Windows Defender:
