Build Mode Floor-Installing Glitch? (Sims 4)

And you are sure that you are on the second floor ?

Are you using mods or cc in your game ?

    I'm on the 2nd floor, I know because I always build with my Grid turned on. And no, I'm not using Mods/CC, there's none installed atm. Haven't been on a download site in months.

      Does it happen on every lot or on all of them ?
