Do you have any mods or custom content (CC) in your game? Could you test without?
Could you post a DxDiag? This gives us a bit more information into your system and what is going on.
Feel free to delete any personal information like the 'machine name'. You can attach the DxDiag to your next reply in this post.

I do have some cc and at first i thought that was the problem but then i took out all my new recent mods that i just put in before it started messing up and it still was tripping....so i started looking for similar problems like mine and found that alot of people build modes were acting up after an update and i just had an update the night before yesterday and after that thats when my game started messing up so im starting to thhink something went wrong somewhere but.... im new to this even though ive been playing for years im not that good with mods or computers in general but yea ill take youre help thank u

Well first try taking out the entire mods folder, just place it on your desktop and test the game without.

I took out all my mods and the game worked normally but when i placed them back it was buffering again in buildmode.. does this mean we can't play with mods anymore????
